The "Business" hybrid baggage sizer with e-paper display and integrated scale ensures a smooth process even before boarding: Passengers immediately receive clarity about the weight and size of their hand luggage – and can react promptly if necessary. This way, you avoid unnecessary delays, relieve your ground staff, and increase passenger satisfaction.
The basket size can be configured for specific airlines or universally with an open drawer – just as flexible as the information and advertising system you set up with the new e-paper display.
The integrated e-paper display replaces the traditional information panel and offers additional options: In addition to hand luggage regulations, current airport information such as gate changes, security notices, or flight status can be dynamically displayed. Alternatively, the panel can be used flexibly as a digital advertising space – individually controllable and adaptable at any time.
Thanks to the e-paper display, content can be adapted quickly, sustainably, and without reprinting – for a modern, innovative appearance at every location.

The integrated 32" color e-paper display is particularly energy-efficient, as it only consumes power when changing images and offers excellent readability in all lighting conditions, even without backlighting. Content can be updated quickly, cost-effectively, and sustainably, without the need for printing or manual intervention. This makes the Baggage Sizer hybrid suitable for location-independent use.
No external power supply is required and if used for 200 weighings per day, a battery change is only necessary after about a year. To avoid misuse, the weighing range is limited to 15 kg ex works. However, this weighing range can be individually adjusted. The weighing accuracy of the scale is +/- 100 grams. Thanks to the automatic switch-off, the scale is particularly battery-friendly. After the hand luggage has been removed, it is automatically reset to zero.
The scale was developed by Bosche Wägetechnik specifically for the Baggage Sizer.
The standard dimensions of the integrated suitcase baskets are 55 x 40 x 23 cm as well as 40 x 30 x 10 cm and the size can be adjusted to suit your cabin baggage requirements. The floors are partially open at the bottom to reduce unwanted litter.

Weighing only 35.5 kg, the Baggage Sizer is easy to transport, is not tied to an external power source and can therefore be used flexibly and regardless of location. Its four wheels make it easy to move. Two rollers can be easily blocked using a foot switch.
